I’ve been around and working with computers for most of my life. At a young age, I developed an interest in understanding the intricacies of technology, building personal computers and connected networks. I had a natural ability for understanding how computers, computer networks, and technology worked. This knowledge eventually led me to begin helping others with their computer issues.

Professionally, I’ve been providing IT services to individuals, business owners, and companies for almost two decades. My focus is largely on residential computer use as well as small and medium sized businesses—the sweet spot being 5-15 users in an office. Most of the time finding IT support for individuals or smaller offices can be a challenge because most IT companies want the bigger paying contracts for a host of managed IT services. By focusing on individual and small business environments I’m better able to help deliver a valuable service in an underrepresented area of computer users.
